Perla & Onyx/ Residential Buildings
Architectural Design

Set for completion in Q3-2024 for Perla and 2026 for Onyx, these two 300-foot residential towers mark a distinctive new development at the gateway to Metrotown in Burnaby, Canada. The architecture, influenced by the natural flow of western winds, presents an undulating facade that creates a visual landmark at the city’s entrance. Alongside these towers, a six-story residential building is also under construction, contributing to the evolving urban landscape of Burnaby.
